Inthemix50 2010 Club Tour

As we gear up for another INTHEMIX50 DJ poll, Alliance @ Academy is bringing you the Mightyfools (FIN) and Shark Slayer (NLD) for and INTHEMIX50 PARTY!!

Mightyfools are an unbreakable duo that has consistently been on the run. Known for their highly energetic DJ-sets which resemble party and fun together, best selling EP’s, number one chart notations, and airtime on the commercial radio: they are a worldwide phenomenon which created an international buzz.

When the artistically duo, Andy Samin and Jelle Keizer, met each other in an empty club where they instantly melded together their collective musical background sound which got a strong trademark that has been praised worldwide. When the duo made their first tracks together they recognized this foolish way of working was the best way to get to the top. Teamwork! 

Mightyfools Partyjunkies EP got strong attention worldwide and went straight to the charts on all major digital music portals, including their popular dancehit Amsterdam with the catchy lyrics that resemble the foolish life. Their sensational performances have already brought them to popular clubnights and venues like Rauw Amsterdam, Social Club Paris, parties for Vice Magazine, Club Woda Mexico, Voyeur San Diego, and Club Beta in Denver, the home of Beatport. 

Sharkslayer is the side project for Sir Nenis and DJ Pushups of the Top Billin establishment. Dedicated for the more tech and house -sounds of club music, their productions will slay dancefloors anywhere. Being high on dubstep, ghettohouse and tech-house, not to mention the love for dancehall, boogie and soul, they create a unique blend of club music that's the sound of now.

Already picked up for remix duties for such labels as Dubsided, Cheap Thrills, Trouble and Bass and Plant Music and causing a stir at blogs and playlisting and club play from such top djs Diplo, Sinden and Fake Blood, they're well set for 2009.
