Marking the end of spring and the start of another great summer, Foreshore is back with more than you wished for! Foreshore’s line-up is sure to delight you, and there is still more to come!

Now in its 4^th year Foreshore has well and truly established itself as Canberra’s number one summer music festival!

Headlining 2010’s Foreshore Festival is the world’s biggest dance music artist Tiësto! Famous for his spectacular live concerts, most recently his ‘Kaleidoscope’ Tour which sold out worldwide. This Grammy superstar released his latest album earlier this year that included collaborations with huge artists like Tegan and Sara, Nelly Furtardo and Calvin Harris. Tiesto has never performed at a festival in Canberra and this is his first show in over half a decade in the nation’s capital.

Calvin Harris is a true festival performer! He stole the show earlier this year at Big Day Out, which is no surprise when you think about all the huge festival anthems he has released ‘Not Alone’, ‘You Used To Hold Me’, ‘Acceptable In The 80’s’ and ‘Dance Wiv Me’ and more!

Cut Copy are back! It’s been over 2 years since they performed in Canberra and now with a brand new single set to drop and a new album not far behind, Foreshore will see the debut of the new Cut Copy album and live show!

He is a Grammy Award winning artist and undisputed electro house king! He is Benny Benassi and this is his first every Canberra performance! Benassi is currently rocking radio with his hit ‘Spaceship’ alongside Kelis and APL from Black Eyed Peas! Expect a performance of epic proportions from the don behind mega anthem ‘Satisfaction’.

Major Lazer is the collaboration producer heavy weights Diplo and Switch. Think Jamaican rhythms, throbbing base and a whole lot more from the group that brought you ‘Pon De Floor’.

Afrojack is perhaps the most in demand remixer on the planet right now. He works alongside David Guetta to create Guetta’s trademark sound as well as his own bombs! Afrojack sold out his tour earlier this year and Foreshore represents his first every Australia festival tour.

Art Vs Science have become a live powerhouse, selling out shows, ascending to festival favourites all over the nation and are soon to release their debut record! ‘Parlez Vu Frances’ was voted #2 in last year’s Triple J Hottest 100 and are currently enjoying huge radio love with their single ‘Magic Fountain’.

Luciano is a world renowned as the king of underground house and techno. He holds down the hottest residency in Ibiza and headlines clubs and festivals the world over!

Foreshore will be Miami Horror first Canberra performance since the release of their hotly anticipated debut album. This is your first chance to hear the full Miami Horror show complete with full album including hit singles ‘Sometimes’ and ‘Moon Theory’.

Caspa is synonymous with the underground.If you don’t know Caspa you don’t know Dubstep. With an epic list of tour dates taking him to every corner of the globe he still finds time to host a bi-monthly night at the world famous Fabric. MC Rod Azlan will be joinging Caspa on stage at Foreshore 2010.

Very few artists can lay claim to their first ever release ‘The Only F*cking Rave Party’ climbing the Top 50 singles chart before it was even formally released. The Only can and it’s the fever pitch excitement for this dynamic live act’s fan base that has catapulted these electro stars into the limelight. The M*tha F*ckin Only are the hottest new act to emerge in 2010 so its little surprise their CV includes remixing for Steve Aoki’s DIM MAK label, The Subs, Dizzee Rascal and Armand Van Helden.

Fresh from their worldwide tour promoting ‘We No Speak Americano’, Yolanda Be Cool are bringing their chart topping show to Foreshore! They took the world by storm in 2010 and now you can catch them in full festival mode performing Americano and their brand new single at Foreshore.

If the sibling duo, The Stafford Brothers, doesn’t ring a bell then one must wonder where you’ve been hiding for the past few years, certainly not in the clubs where the brother’s Stafford have sold-out, headlined and partied hard.

Cassian has become one of the country’s most in demand remixers and producers. His debut single ‘Friday Night’ reached anthem status thanks to its heavy rotation on Triple J!

Environment

Foreshore 2010 has offset 100% of the carbon emissions from the production of the event through Climate Friendly carbon offsetting and will once again be operating our container deposit recycling system through the bars. We are moving towards a more sustainable Foreshore and a more climate friendly Canberra.
